Whether you're an experienced trail runner or you've never run off road before come and join us for a Sunday morning trail run. All runs will be between 7 and 10km and we'll do our best to limit the amount of uphill (although the views are well worth a bit of effort). All paces of runner are welcome as there'll be regular pauses to admire the view and get your breath back – as long as you can run for around 60 minutes without stopping you'll be fine. Trail shoes are recommended if you have them. The runs start from a different point depending which of our coaches is leading, so you'll get to see all our favourite places, and maybe a few special secret ones.
