It doesn't matter if you're running a 5k or a Marathon, if you're running it for the first time or aiming for your fastest time as a UK Athletics qualified Coach in Running Fitness and Level 3 Personal Trainer I can help you achieve your goals.

For the runner with little or no experience I can help build your fitness and give you the confidence to pull on your shoes and start your running journey today.

For the more seasoned runner I can provide Pace & Endurance Training, Strength & Conditioning and the all important Race Planning & Strategy.

Working with me also brings the benefits of 'Run Form Analysis' where we can identify areas within your running form that can improve your running efficiency (the ability to run faster witout an increased energy cost) and more importantly reduce injury risk.

Regardless of your current fitness levels or running experience we will take your aims and turn them into goals - Once we have goals we can put a personal training plan in place, structured around your lifestyle and provide ongoing support and make those goals a reality...
