This six week Boot Camp program is designed to give your running fitness a kick start ahead of the return of organised running races. As a UK Athletics qualified Coach in Running Fitness, Level 3 Personal Trainer and Ultra Marathon Runner I am more than aware of how important Strength, Stability and Conditioning is to injury prevention for runners. Targeting the main muscle groups used for running these workouts will supercharge your running with a mixture of sprint drills, bodyweight exercises, core stability and conditioning circuits. It’s not all work though – I plan to have some fun as well…
