Book a sessionAbout this run
This 5 to 10 km training course is being run with help from Chorley Couch to 5k and will focus on increasing distances by 10% a week to help you run 10 km comfortably and in time for the Chorley 10 Km event on May 12th. There will be three groups to cater for different paced runners, the sessions will start together and different leaders will guide each group on the sessions. Some coaching sessions on technique will also be included in the course. The Saturday session will increase the distances but we also recommend that you run in at least two other sessions with Chorley Runners or by yourself during the week to maintain and improve your fitness and stamina. This course is aimed at people who have NEVER run a 10 km distance and focused on running in the Chorley 10 km event on May 12th 2019. All participants MUST be minimum 15 years old. #MyRunMyPace By signing up the leaders will have access to your ICE information in the rare event of any accident
