This free 8 week running course will help "graduates" of the Chorley C25K and other runners who have run 5k to continue their running to achieve 10k. We aim to have everyone ready to run their first 10k at the Wigan 10k on September 1st, in support of Derian House, the group Charity. The course will increase the distance by approximately 10% each week until everyone is capable of running a non stop 10 km in the final sessions. This will be followed by a social event. Each participant will receive a certificate and have the opportunity to purchase a bespoke 10 km medal.
