Run Faster interval training

Challenge yourself to work hard with a group interval training session. We will cover a range of disciplines - hill training, speed, endurance and strength, amongst others. Work at your own pace but push yourself for results! All sessions are suitable for all abilities - we either run around small local loops, or we run to time. Both options ensure that no-one is left behind and everyone is supported and encouraged. Regular runners to this session have seen real improvements to their running!
