About this run

A mixed ability session, covering around 5-6km. The pace will be social and chatty, and no-one will be left behind. Faster runners can expect to be sent on loops/chasebacks to keep the group together. Everyone is very much welcome, so long as you can comfortably cover 5km at a conversational pace!
