About this run

This is ideal if you would like to ease yourself back into running or build confidence in running within a group again. (Aimed at those who have previously run but have had a break recently). This is a 6 week programme which will start with 5 mins running and 3 mins walking (repeated 4 times) and the amount of time running will increase over the 6 weeks. This is led by a qualified run leader who will support you every step of the way!
